Any cancellation must be notified to Medical Seeds S.L. by email indicating the order number to shop@medicalseeds.net
Cancellations can only be made if you receive a confirmation from Medical Seeds before having received the request for confirmation of shipment of the package.
Once the order has been shipped and the customer has received the notification, it cannot be canceled.
