Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be notified to Medical Seeds S.L. by email indicating the order number to shop@medicalseeds.net
Cancellations can only be made before you have received the order confirmation e-mail.
Once the order has been shipped and the customer has received the notification, it cannot be canceled.
Return policy
Products Medical Seeds / Medical Nets
If the package was damaged, broken or in poor condition, you can send an email to shop@medicalseeds.net to process the return or exchange process. A return form will be sent to you and you will be told the steps to you have to follow. For other related queries, send an email to shop@medicalseeds.net
Our return policy states that if the product is in good condition but the customer wishes to return it for any reason, the return shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.
Medical Seeds is NOT responsible for damaged, broken or in poor condition products that have been sold by other sellers.
Other products
Returns of products that we distribute from other brands will depend solely on the manufacturer of the product.
